"Platform"

Means the RentZeno website, mobile applications, software, products, features, services, APIs, dashboards, and related technology.

Subject to Applicable Law, a User may withdraw consent through available Platform controls or by contacting RentZeno.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Withdrawal may also affect RentZeno's ability to provide certain services or features where the relevant Personal Data is necessary for those services.

9. Information Displayed to Other Users

RentZeno is a property discovery and marketplace technology platform.

Certain information may be displayed to or shared with other Users or Listing Parties where reasonably necessary to provide Platform functionality.

Depending on the feature, this may include:

• Verification status or badge;

For example, when a User expresses interest in a property, RentZeno may facilitate the sharing of relevant information with the Listing Party so that the Listing Party can respond to the inquiry.

Users should therefore avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or confidential information through public listings, inquiries, or communications.

10. Publicly Available Listing Information

Property listings may contain information intended to be visible to other Users or visitors to the Platform.

Such information may include:

• Property photographs;
• Property location;
• Property specifications;
• Rent or sale price;
• Amenities;
• Property description;
• Availability;
• Listing Party information;
• Business information;
• Contact information, where enabled;
• Verification indicators;
• Other listing-related information.

Users should not publish information that they do not have the right to publish.

RentZeno may remove, restrict, modify, or disable content that violates Applicable Law, Platform policies, or Listing Guidelines.

11. Property Owners, Representatives, Brokers and Businesses

RentZeno may allow properties to be listed by:

• Property owners;
• Authorized representatives;
• Brokers;
• Real-estate agents;
• Property managers;
• Businesses;
• Developers;
• Other persons or entities permitted to list properties.

RentZeno does not necessarily know or independently verify the legal relationship between a Listing Party and the property unless a specific verification process has been completed.

Users should independently verify ownership, authority, property documents, commercial terms, and other relevant information before entering into any transaction.

12. RentZeno's Role as an Intermediary Technology Platform

RentZeno operates a technology platform that facilitates interactions between Users and Listing Parties.

RentZeno does not own the properties listed on the Platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, RentZeno does not:

• Own the listed properties;
• Act as the owner of a listed property;
• Guarantee ownership or title;
• Guarantee possession;
• Act as a landlord;
• Act as a tenant;
• Guarantee a property's condition;
• Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listing information;
• Guarantee the identity or conduct of a Listing Party;
• Guarantee the financial capacity of a User;
• Guarantee a transaction;
• Guarantee that a property remains available;
• Guarantee rent, sale price, deposit, or other commercial terms;
• Act as a legal, financial, tax, or property advisor.

Users interact with Listing Parties and other Users at their own discretion and risk.

The detailed terms governing RentZeno's intermediary role are contained in the Terms and Conditions.

13. Business Accounts and Authorized Users

Business Users may create and manage listings through Business Accounts.

A Business Account may permit authorized personnel to:

• Create or manage business profiles;
• Publish listings;
• Edit listings;
• Respond to inquiries;
• Manage property information;
• Manage business-related information;
• Access business dashboards and related functionality.

Business Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• They have authority to operate the Business Account;
• Information submitted on behalf of the business is accurate;
• They have appropriate authority to publish property listings;
• Login credentials are kept secure;
• Personal Data submitted through the Business Account is collected and shared lawfully.

Where a Business User provides Personal Data relating to employees, representatives, agents, customers, owners, or other individuals, the Business User is responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis and authority to provide such information to RentZeno.

14. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

RentZeno does not sell Personal Data.

Personal Data may be disclosed where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or where otherwise permitted or required by Applicable Law.

14.1 Other Users and Listing Parties

Information may be shared with relevant Users, Listing Parties, property owners, representatives, brokers, agents, or businesses to facilitate property-related interactions.

14.2 Service Providers

RentZeno may engage third-party service providers for:

• Cloud hosting;

• SMS and OTP services;

• Customer support;

RentZeno retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required or permitted under Applicable Law.

When Personal Data is no longer required, RentZeno may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable retention requirements and internal procedures.

Deletion of an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of every associated record where retention is required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

18.1 Property Chat Archive

Deleting or clearing a property chat or message removes it from the relevant participant's view but does not erase the underlying record from RentZeno's restricted legal archive. Complete property chat transcripts, including deleted messages, attachments, participant details, and timestamps, may be retained indefinitely for legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement purposes, unless deletion is required by Applicable Law.

Archived property chats are not available to other Users or ordinary administrators. Access is limited to specifically authorized super administrators, is read-only, and is logged for audit purposes.

19. Data Security

RentZeno implements reasonable technical, organizational, administrative, and operational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or other unlawful processing.

Depending on the nature of the information and risks involved, measures may include:

• Access controls;
• Authentication mechanisms;
• Encryption or equivalent safeguards;
• Logging and monitoring;
• Security testing;
• Backup and recovery procedures;
• Infrastructure security;

However, no internet-based system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should immediately notify RentZeno if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

If RentZeno becomes aware of a Personal Data breach or security incident, RentZeno will take reasonable and legally required measures to:

RentZeno generally does not require Users to submit sensitive personal information unless specifically requested for a legitimate Platform purpose.

Users should not submit:

• Banking credentials;
• OTPs;
• Payment card PINs;
• Authentication secrets;
• Unnecessary identity documents;
• Sensitive personal information unrelated to the relevant Platform feature.

Where documents are requested for verification or another legitimate purpose, Users should provide only information reasonably required for that purpose.

25. Children's Privacy

RentZeno's Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

RentZeno does not knowingly permit individuals below 18 years of age to create or maintain accounts where such restriction applies.

If RentZeno becomes aware that Personal Data relating to a child has been collected contrary to Applicable Law, RentZeno may take appropriate steps, including deletion of the relevant information or account, subject to legal requirements.

26. Marketing and Communications Preferences

Users may receive service-related communications necessary for operating their accounts or using Platform features.

Where permitted by Applicable Law, RentZeno may also send marketing communications.

By submitting such information, Users confirm that they have the necessary rights and authority to provide it.

RentZeno may process, display, store, moderate, reproduce, or remove such content as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, enforce policies, comply with law, or protect Users.

29. Account Closure

Users may request closure or deletion of their account through available Platform functionality or by contacting RentZeno.

Account closure may not immediately delete all information where retention is required or reasonably necessary for:

• Legal compliance;
• Fraud prevention;
• Security;
• Dispute resolution;
• Enforcement of agreements;
• Protection of legal rights;
• Regulatory requirements.

30. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RentZeno may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in Applicable Law;
